Job summary

St. Luke's Home in Dickinson, ND is seeking an Evening Shift CNA for a full-time position (40 hours/week) from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Certification as a CNA is recommended and authorization to work in the United States is required.

The role involves assisting residents with activities, coordinating with the Activity Director, and promoting resident rights and dignity. High school diploma or equivalent is required, with training provided as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Encouraging positive social exchange among residents, upholding residents’ rights, dignity, freedom of choice, and individuality.
• Assisting Activity Director in planning activities, transporting residents, and presenting programs in small groups or individually.
• Participating in meetings, following management direction, restocking equipment, and ensuring activity equipment is functional.
