Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide and administer activities for patients/residents individually or in groups.
• Coordinate and administer the monthly activity calendar.
• Assist with simple nursing procedures and transporting patients/residents.
• Document care activities in MDS/EPIC as required.
• Support residents' dignity and identity through engaging, respectful interactions.
