Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, drivers, visitors, and contractors by following site access-control procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain visitor/driver records.
• Control entry and exit of commercial vehicles and direct authorized drivers.
• Respond calmly to access-control concerns and incidents, documenting details per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking areas, docks, and perimeter.
