Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Evenings in Litchfield Park, AZ to safeguard clients across industries, focusing on access control and customer service. You will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor activity, and maintain secure site operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid driver's license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, drivers, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points at a logistics and distribution location, verify credentials and authorization, and maintain visitor, contractor, and delivery records.
• Control entry and exit of commercial vehicles, coordinate with receiving and shipping personnel, and direct authorized drivers to designated areas.
• Respond to access-control concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document and report relevant information according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, loading docks, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
