Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A Guard Card or license preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the residential site with access-control procedures.
• Verify credentials and manage entry/exit points; maintain access logs.
• Respond to incidents and security-related concerns calmly and effectively.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas and perimeter.
• Document incidents and report concerns per site procedures.
