Allied Universal in Frisco, TX is hiring a Security Guard Full Time Entry Authorization Driver to protect residents and guests at a residential community. You will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access, and respond to alarms while delivering professional customer service.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license per Allied Universal policy requirements.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check in accordance with federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and vendor authorization, maintain access logs, and communicate relevant access-related information to site contacts.
• Respond to incidents and security-related concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, entry points, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Document incidents and daily activities and report maintenance or security concerns according to site procedures.

As a Security Guard Full Time Entry Authorization Driver in Frisco, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a residential community, you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and respond to alarms or security-related concerns. You will maintain a professional, welcoming presence, provide outstanding customer service, and communicate clearly with residents, visitors, and team members. What You'll Do:

• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, entry points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Document incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately, and report maintenance, access-control, or security-related concerns according to site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
