Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Entry Authorization Driver in Fort Worth, TX. This role focuses on managing entry points, verifying credentials, and patrolling facilities at a food and beverage location while delivering excellent customer service.

The position requires a valid driver's license and at least one year of security experience, with background checks and drug testing in compliance with laws. Training, shift coverage, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel at a food and beverage production location by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, issue and collect credentials, and maintain access-related records.
• Control access for deliveries, shipments, and service providers according to location procedures.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting observations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points and facilities to identify unauthorized activity or issues.
