Job summary

Advanced Pediatrics seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with children diagnosed with autism, delivering ABA-based learning and behavior-support interventions in clinic settings.

You will collect data, tailor instructions for individuals and groups, and collaborate with BCBA/BCaBA teams while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Location requires NV licensure and a Monday–Friday daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and able to work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
• High school diploma or GED; valid Nevada driver’s license may be required.
• Active RBT certification with BACB and Nevada state license.
• Must pass a background check and communicate with supervisor openly.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic-based ABA therapy and collect data during sessions.
• Give personalized instruction to clients individually and in groups.
• Apply ABA techniques and convey goals to families and clients.
• Implement programs consistently as per the treatment plan.
• Meet with parents/guardians to discuss client progress and focus areas.
• Adjust teaching methods based on client needs and behavior procedures.
• Participate in required professional training and comply with ethics/HIPAA.
