Job summary

Allies Autism Services is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for an afternoon/evening in West Las Vegas. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, implementing individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA and documenting client progress.

Ideal candidates hold an active BACB RBT credential and Nevada RBT registration, have ABA experience, and can pass a background check. The role offers a part-time schedule (20 hours/week) with Monday–Friday work between 3:00 PM and

Qualifications

• Active BACB RBT certification required.
• Active Nevada RBT registration through NVABA required.
• ABA therapy experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background check clearance required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members.
