Heartlinks ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work in homes delivering 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. You will help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on mentorship.

You will collaborate with a supervising BCBA, collect data on goals, and share progress updates with families. Flexible shifts with after-school/evening hours are available.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma is required; college coursework in psychology/education is a plus.
• Active RBT certification is required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
