Job summary

Links ABA Therapy seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes for children with autism. You will help develop communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship from experienced BCBAs.

You’ll work with families, collect progress data, and collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement individualized behavior plans. Flexible, after-school hours and weekend scheduling available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.

Education

College coursework in psychology, education, or related field
