Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work directly with children with autism, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in home settings. You’ll help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands‑on training and mentorship.

As part of the role you will collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans and support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; coursework in psychology or education is a plus.
• Active RBT certification or eligibility.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
