Job summary

Building Essential Skills Together, Inc. is seeking Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in home, clinic, and community settings. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, implement treatment plans, and collect data to guide progress.

We emphasize hands-on care, flexible evening hours (4 PM–7 PM or 5:30 PM–7:30 PM), mileage reimbursement, and a company-driven 40-hour RBT training path to support your growth and certification.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT training course within 2 weeks of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, clinic, and/or community.
• Implement treatment plans written by your BCBA.
• Collect and graph data to support clinical decisions.
• Build meaningful, fun relationships with your clients every day.
