Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in California is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (RBT preferred) to deliver 1:1 ABA-based therapy for youth in homes and community settings.

Hours are Monday–Friday, typically 12:00pm–8:30pm (2–5 hrs/day). The team collaborates under BCBA supervision, focusing on communication, social skills and daily living goals while ensuring client progress and data tracking.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-driven programs in homes or community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Follow treatment goals under supervision of BCBA.
• Report progress and adapt plans as needed.
• Teach communication, self-help, social skills and other goals.
• Track client progress and data.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies.
