Job summary

Kutamani Developmental Services, LLC in the Pittsburgh area is seeking a PM Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) for afternoon and evening ABA services to children in and around ZIP 15025. This role focuses on one-on-one support under BCBA/LBS supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required; coursework in psychology/related field preferred.
• Successful completion of the 40-hour RBT training or willingness to complete.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services in home and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans created by BCBA/LBS supervisees.
• Use ABA techniques including NET and other interventions.
• Collect data during each session to measure progress toward goals.
• Complete session notes accurately within documentation timelines.
• Build positive, professional relationships with clients and families.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills per plans.
