Glade Run Lutheran Services is hiring a Part-Time Behavior Health Technician – ABA (BHT-ABA) in Butler, PA. The role supports intensive Behavioral Health Services for children up to age 21, collaborating with a treatment team and families across home, community, or school settings.

Ideal candidates hold one of several ABA-related certifications or a high school diploma with training, and must meet PA clearance requirements, have reliable transportation, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have or obtain PA clearances (PA State Police, Child Abuse History, FBI) and Act 168 forms.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with families.
• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Work with treatment team to implement ABA-based interventions for children up to age 21.
• Provide services in home, community, or school locations as needed.
• Document progress and communicate with family and team members.
