Job summary

Kutamani Developmental Services, LLC (KDS) seeks a PM Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to provide afternoon and evening ABA services to children in the Pittsburgh area, primarily within and around the 15025 ZIP code.

The BHT works under the supervision of a BCBA or LBS, implementing treatment plans, collecting data, and communicating progress to the clinical team. This part-time role offers consistent hours and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED; degree preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Completion of 40-hour RBT training or willingness to complete.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to travel to client homes and community locations in and around the 15205 area.
• Ability to meet all required background checks and clearances.
• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, one-on-one ABA services to assigned clients in home and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA or LBS.
• Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition strategies using approved ABA techniques.
• Collect accurate data during each session to measure progress toward goals.
• Complete clinical session notes accurately and within timelines.
• Build positive therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
• Support clients with communication, social, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Respond appropriately to challenging behaviors per behavior plan.
• Communicate significant changes and safety concerns to the supervising clinician.
• Participate in supervision meetings, trainings, and professional development.
• Maintain client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
