Job summary

Beyou Behavior Therapy is seeking a compassionate Behavior Therapist for in-person, part-time ABA therapy in the Sacramento, CA area. You will conduct one-on-one play-based sessions under BCBA supervision, helping children build communication and social skills while supporting families.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 18+ years old, reliable transportation, and availability Mon-Fri 3:00 PM–7:30 PM. CPT/CPR and background checks may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience working with children (babysitting, tutoring, coaching, teaching, etc.).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to commute within the service area.
• Consistent availability Monday–Friday from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (F‑1 students seeking OPT paid opportunities are welcome).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain one).
• Completion of TB test, physical exam, and proof of vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Support the development of communication, social, and self-help skills.
• Collect and record session data as required.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
• Follow all physical and safety requirements specific to each client.
