Complete Care, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse RN for 2nd shift with sign-on bonuses. Join a trusted post-acute provider focused on resident-centered care in a modern facility.

You will perform comprehensive assessments, document in EHR, coordinate care, and lead a nursing team to ensure quality outcomes. Active WI RN license and BLS/CPR required; new grads welcome with strong care commitment.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN license in good standing.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Experience in long-term care or hospital settings preferred; new grads welcome.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to lead a nursing team.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Perform head-to-toe assessments on admission, readmission, and health changes.
• Transcribe physician orders into EHR; manage MARs/TARs.
• Develop and update care plans; lead 2nd shift huddles with the team.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs; respond to call lights and emergencies.
• Maintain HIPAA, infection control compliance; meticulous documentation.
