Job summary

Complete Care Management is hiring an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse for the second shift. The role includes administering medications, documenting care, and supervising CNAs to support comprehensive resident care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN license in Wisconsin.
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles, medical procedures, and long-term care standards.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Administer medications/treatments and transcribe physician orders to MARs with accuracy.
• Documentation & Monitoring: Maintain daily resident care records and track conditions to report changes to the RN or DON.
• Unit Leadership: Supervise CNAs and collaborate on care plans to ensure high-quality service.
