Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN license required.
• BLS/CPR certification required upon hire.
• Experience with long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills essential.
• Proficiency with EMR systems (PointClickCare) and care coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality bedside nursing care per physician orders and care plans.
• Lead frontline teams on 2nd shift and supervise LPNs/CNAs.
• Document observations and interventions in the EHR promptly.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal guidelines and infection control policies.
• Coordinate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team during emergencies.
