Job summary

Complete Care, Inc. is seeking a dedicated RN Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality clinical care, lead frontline teams, and advocate for resident well‑being in a supportive, team-focused setting in Wisconsin.

As a bedside leader on the 2nd shift, you will oversee nursing care, monitor resident health, supervise LPNs and CNAs, ensure compliance with guidelines, document in the EHR, and coordinate family communications.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Wisconsin (or multi-state NLC equivalent).
• Current BLS/CPR certification required on hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and medication administration skills.
• New grad RN candidates welcome with orientation and preceptor program.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care per physician orders and care plans.
• Monitor resident health and document in the EHR; report to physicians and team.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs; delegate duties and ensure dignity in care.
• Lead emergency responses and communicate with families during visits.
