Job summary

Mount Carmel, part of Trinity Health, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Dublin facility in Ohio. The role involves three 12-hour shifts per week from 11am to 11:30pm with rotating weekends and holidays, delivering patient-centered care across physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs.

The RN will collaborate with the care team, adhere to Nursing Process standards, and participate in evidence-based practice within Mount Carmel’s Magnet-aligned care model.

Qualifications

• Graduate from school of nursing.
• Active RN license in Ohio.
• Casual RNs require 2 years of experience.
• New graduates with <1 year may enroll in Nurse Residency program.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care, ensures patient safety, and promotes evidence-based practice.
• Assesses and evaluates care for an assigned patient group and collaborates with patient and family to plan care.
• Communicates pertinent information to the team in a timely manner and keeps patient/family updated.
• Documents assessments, interventions and outcomes according to standards and guidelines.
• Assumes responsibility for care provided and documented by other staff as appropriate.
