Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the principal's school leadership team.

• Attend meetings, trainings, and events outside regular hours.
• Report team progress to the administrator.
• Assist in school-based initiatives.
• Attend on-site training in August.
• Ensure staff familiarity with professional standards.
• Support colleagues with TED navigation.
• Contribute to district evaluation discussions.
