Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking an Evaluation School Psychologist for a K–12 setting in Bolingbrook, IL. In this role, you will conduct psychoeducational evaluations, support IEP development, and collaborate with school teams to promote student success.

New clinicians and seasoned professionals are welcome. This is a full-time, 2026-2027 school-year position with competitive pay up to $70/hour, W-2 employment, liability insurance, healthcare benefits, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in School Psychology (or equivalent).
• Valid IL PEL Certification and School Psychologist endorsement (required by start date).
• Strong assessment, writing, and collaboration skills.
• School-based experience preferred, not required.
• NASP membership a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments.
• Write comprehensive evaluation reports and IEP documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Provide progress monitoring and maintain compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff.
• Support student behavioral, social-emotional, and academic needs.
• Assist in developing appropriate interventions and supports.
• Ensure timelines and compliance with state and federal regulations.
