Highmark Health is offering a Summer 2027 Evaluation Analytics Graduate Internship to provide hands‑on experience applying analytical, statistical, and research methods to evaluate healthcare programs and business outcomes.

As part of the Evaluation Analytics team, interns will assess effectiveness, impact, and outcomes of programs, work with researchers and leaders, and gain practical skills in data analysis and evidence‑based decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Pursuance of a graduate degree full or part‑time in an accredited college or university.
• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Marketing, Legal Studies, or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Communicate effectively with colleagues, clientele, and stakeholders in planning assignments and problem resolution.
• Under supervision, provide professional services with day‑to‑day operating objectives and mentorship.
• Undertake and/or participate in projects to develop professional skills.
• Participate in planning and implementation of unit projects within expertise and ability.
• Conduct research and reporting including recommendations or alternative proposals.
• Undertake related studies or enrichment programs as appropriate to the operating unit.
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.
