Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Pursuance of a graduate degree full or part‑time in an accredited college or university.

Responsabilités

• Communicate effectively with colleagues, clientele, and stakeholders in planning assignments and resolving day‑to‑day operational problems.
• Under supervision, provide professional services aligned with day‑to‑day objectives; receive guidance and mentoring from senior personnel.
• Undertake and participate in projects and programs to develop professional skills relevant to the organization.
• Participate in planning and implementation of unit projects and initiatives within area of expertise.
• Conduct research and reporting inclusive of recommendations or alternative proposals for action as requested by management.
• Undertake related studies or enrichment programs as appropriate to the specific objectives of the operating unit.
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.
