Highmark Health offers a Summer 2027 Evaluation Analytics Graduate Internship designed to apply analytical, statistical, and research methods to evaluate healthcare programs and business outcomes.

As part of the Evaluation Analytics team, interns work with experienced researchers and leaders to assess impact, perform data analysis, and translate findings into actionable insights for organizational decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Pursuance of a graduate degree, full or part-time, in an accredited college or university.
• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Marketing, Legal Studies, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders in planning assignments and resolving day-to-day problems.
• Under supervision, provide professional services aligned with area objectives.
• Undertake and/or participate in projects and programs to develop professional skills.
• Participate in planning and implementation of unit projects and initiatives within area of expertise.
• Conduct research and reporting with recommendations or alternative proposals for action.
• Undertake related studies or enrichment programs as appropriate to the unit’s objectives.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
