Highmark Health is offering the Summer 2027 Evaluation Analytics Graduate Internship. The program provides hands-on experience applying analytical, statistical, and research methods to evaluate healthcare programs and outcomes.

As part of the Evaluation Analytics team, you will work with experienced researchers and analysts to analyze healthcare data, assess program impact, and translate findings into actionable insights that support organizational decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Pursuit of a graduate degree (full or part-time) in an accredited college or university.
• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Marketing, Legal Studies, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with colleagues, clientele, and stakeholders in planning assignments and resolving day-to-day problems.
• Under supervision, provide professional services aligned with day-to-day operating objectives; receive guidance and mentoring.
• Undertake and participate in projects to develop professional skills and expertise.
• Participate in planning and implementation of unit projects and initiatives within area of expertise.
• Conduct research and reporting inclusive of recommendations or alternative proposals for action.
• Undertake related studies or enrichment programs as appropriate to the unit objectives.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
