Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Summer 2027 Evaluation Analytics Graduate Internship to gain hands-on experience applying analytical, statistical, and research methods to evaluate healthcare programs and outcomes.

The intern will work with experienced researchers to assess effectiveness, translate findings into actionable insights, and contribute to projects across health services research, epidemiology, biostatistics, and strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Pursuing a graduate degree is encouraged/required for part or full-time study in an accredited college or university.
• Experience with SAS or R is a plus for analytics work.
• Interest in healthcare analytics and program evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day analytical and research activities.
