Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business is required or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience working on production vehicle development from concept to launch.
• 5+ years of experience in Program, Project or Product Management & Strategy, or as Design Engineer.
• Customer-Focused Vehicle Planning Program Management and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Integrate cross functional teams to deliver compelling, feasible, and viable products.
• Lead and manage team setup, program assumptions, change control, communication, issues management, and financial estimates.
• Lead teams to deliver on time and with quality, setting up schedule with key decision Cadence.
• Plan the business case of the vehicle with finance, manufacturing, and marketing.
