Job summary

Recharged is on a mission to accelerate EV adoption with the first end-to-end e-commerce marketplace for used EV buyers and sellers. The Title and Compliance Guide will handle processing title work and ensuring regulatory compliance for vehicles in the Charlotte area.

The role involves preparing and submitting DMV documents, maintaining records, and coordinating with sales, finance, and external agencies to resolve title-related issues.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of title processing, automotive compliance, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with state and federal title regulations advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit title and DMV documents for vehicles purchased and sold.
• Ensure all paperwork and transactions comply with state and federal regulations.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all title transactions.
• Coordinate with sales, finance, and outside agencies to gather required information and resolve discrepancies.
• Address customer inquiries related to title processing and registration.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to vehicle titles.
