Job summary

Orange EV is seeking an Electric Vehicle Service Technical Trainer to join the Service Support Team. You will design, deliver, and continually improve training programs for EV technicians, from foundational electrical theory to advanced diagnostics.

Most sessions occur at Orange EV headquarters with up to 20% travel for field and partner engagements. You will lead onboarding, develop hands-on lab sessions, and create remote courses to scale training across the distributed team while

Qualifications

Must have extensive experience with vehicle electrical systems and diagnostics, including EV components.
Experience delivering hands-on training and designing structured curricula for mixed-level audiences.
Strong ability to translate complex concepts into approachable, engaging instruction.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain structured training modules covering electrical theory through EV systems.
Deliver in-person labs, classroom sessions, and technical demonstrations.
Develop remote/online courses to support distributed teams.
Collaborate with Service Support and Engineering to keep materials up-to-date.
Partner with OEMs and third parties to create specialized content.
Design competency assessments and track student progress.
Lead onboarding training and mentor technicians at varying experience levels.
