Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid vehicles. You will demonstrate passion for sustainable transportation and complete ASE certifications within 6–8 months with reimbursement.

Role involves high voltage and general EV system knowledge, rigorous documentation, and teamwork. Responsibilities include repairing mechanical and electrical issues, documenting processes, and collaborating with advisors and customers.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as an automotive service technician.
• Experience with EV/HEV diagnosis and repair.
• Knowledge of High Voltage and Low Voltage systems.
• Customer-facing communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn DMS software.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain and repair Lucid Motors vehicles in a fast-paced environment.
• Repair basic and major mechanical issues and perform electrical/mechanical diagnosis.
• Maintain knowledge of high voltage and general EV systems.
• Document repair orders accurately and completely using the software suite.
• Communicate effectively with service team and customers.
• Support remote work or mobile service as needed.
