Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, maintain and repair our vehicles. The role emphasizes EV/HEV knowledge, high attention to safety, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

You will work with HV/LV systems, document all interactions, and collaborate with the service team. A valid driver's license and EPA 609 certification are required, with CPR training post-hire encouraged.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as an automotive service technician, including EV/HEV diagnosis and repair.
• Knowledge of High Voltage and Low Voltage systems and EV powertrains.
• Customer-facing with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use MS Office and learn proprietary DMS software.
• EPA 609 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Repair basic and major mechanical issues and diagnose electrical problems.
• Maintain knowledge of HV/LV and EV powertrains.
• Document service orders and customer interactions accurately.
• Collaborate with service team and customers effectively.
• Demonstrate and teach learned skills to others.
• Support mobile service and remote work as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
