Job summary

Lucid Motors seeks a skilled Service Technician in Costa Mesa to diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid vehicles. You will work with EV/HEV systems, HV/LV components, and use our proprietary DMS software while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You should have 2–5 years in automotive service, EPA 609 certification, and a valid driver’s license. Willingness to complete Lucid CPR training post hire is required, and you may support mobile service as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years as automotive service technician with EV/HEV repair.
• Knowledge of High Voltage and Low Voltage systems.
• Customer-facing communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and DMS software.
• EPA 609 Certification.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Repair basic and major mechanical issues and diagnose electrical/mechanical faults.
• Maintain knowledge of HV/LV and EV powertrains.
• Follow repair order documentation procedures.
• Document customer vehicle interactions using software.
• Communicate with service team and customers.
• Demonstrate and teach technical skills.
• Show attention to detail and create positive client experiences.
• Support mobile service team remotely.
• Other duties as assigned.
