Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (engineering or related)
• 2–5 years of experience in technical program management or project engineering
• Solid understanding of product development lifecycle (design to launch)
• Experience with automotive interiors or seating preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive complex engineering programs to SOP and beyond
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, finance, and strategy teams to scope work and deliver updates
• Support full engineering lifecycle from ideation through industrialization
• Identify and resolve program risks and bottlenecks across teams
• Maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely parts for build events
• Lead cross‑functional decision‑making and drive continuous improvement
