Job summary

FastTek is hiring a Technical Program Manager in Long Beach to lead next-gen EV seating programs from concept through industrialization. You will drive complex hardware programs, coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and finance, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

The role seeks early-career TPMs with strong internships or co-ops, full lifecycle program management, and a systems-oriented mindset for high-impact automotive projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; 2–5 years in technical program management or hardware development.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and cross-functional execution.
• Experience with automotive interiors or seating is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex engineering programs to SOP and beyond with a systems mindset.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, finance, and strategy to scope work and manage budgets.
• Identify risks, surface issues early, and drive containment and resolution across teams.
• Prepare focused meeting agendas and maintain program deliverables.
