Job summary

Harbinger is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of a smaller offsite vehicle repair facility. You will lead cross-functional teams across mechanical repair, software, quality, logistics, and facilities to ensure safe, efficient repairs that meet our standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive, manufacturing, vehicle repair, or service operations.
• 2+ years in a team lead or supervisor role.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Supervise mechanical, software, quality, logistics, and facility personnel.
• Set priorities, assignments, and staffing plans.
• Coordinate vehicle repair, software, inspection, and release activities.
• Track vehicle status, aging, and site performance.
• Ensure repairs meet processes and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
• Ensure availability of parts, tools, equipment, and resources.
• Manage vehicle movement, material flow, and logistics.
• Maintain 5S and facility readiness.
• Ensure compliance with EHS and high-voltage safety.
• Drive accountability and continuous improvement.
