Job summary

Harbinger Motors Inc. in Tennessee is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead the daily operations of a smaller offsite vehicle repair facility.

You will oversee mechanical repair, software, quality, logistics, and facility activities to ensure repairs meet safety and quality standards. You will coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to maintain efficient vehicle flow, assign priorities, and drive continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive, manufacturing, vehicle repair, or service operations.
• 2+ years in a team lead or supervisor role.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Supervise and develop site personnel across multiple disciplines.
• Establish daily priorities, work assignments, and staffing plans.
• Coordinate vehicle repair, software, inspection, and release activities.
• Track vehicle status, aging, and site performance.
• Ensure repairs meet approved processes and quality standards.
• Drive root cause resolution and continuous improvement.
• Maintain facility readiness and 5S standards.
• Ensure compliance with EH&S and high-voltage safety requirements.
• Manage parts, tools, inventory, and logistics.
