Job summary

Orange EV, a leading electric vehicle manufacturer, seeks a Quality Manager to oversee quality across the vehicle lifecycle—from design to delivery. You will develop and implement robust quality systems, drive improvements, and lead a cross-functional team to ensure product excellence and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, plus proven leadership in quality engineering within automotive or aerospace contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Proven experience in Quality Engineering and Quality Management, automotive/aerospace preferred.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems and methodologies (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Experience leading a team of Quality Engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality team responsible for vehicle quality at the factory and drive continuous improvements.
• Support production through development and improvement of QA/QMS processes and procedures.
• Develop and implement a robust QMS to improve process and product quality.
• Plan and perform internal audits across departments and track corrective actions.
• Review audit findings with auditors and management, ensuring closure of corrective actions.
• Maintain QA & QMS metrics and ensure on-time delivery of assignments and actions.
• Lead cross-functional teams in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Communicate quality performance, investigations, and actions to stakeholders.
• Build a strong quality function focusing on people, process improvements and KPI management.
