MOBIS Corporate Center America is seeking a Quality Manager to lead all quality activities ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and company requirements. The role oversees QA, QC, supplier, and customer quality, quality systems, and continuous improvement to meet or exceed expectations.

This position manages the QMS, customer quality performance, supplier quality development, and CAPA processes while driving initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 8+ years of experience in automotive quality or battery manufacturing quality.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 and VDA 6.3 requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills using 8D, 5 Why, and root cause analysis.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and maintain QMS effectiveness.
• Lead internal audits, process audits, and customer audits.
• Manage customer complaints, quality claims, and corrective actions.
