Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
8 years of experience.
Strong program management knowledge.
Excellent communication skills.
Interest in transportation electrification.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Experience with rebate/incentive programs.
Budgeting, forecasting, invoicing and accruals.
Experience implementing CARB LCFS regulations.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Experience in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Lead PG&E's Pre-Owned EV Rebate Program operations.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet goals and equity compliance targets while prioritizing a successful end-to-end customer experience.
Manage external stakeholder relationships and CBOs.
Partners with Regulatory and Compliance staff to ensure regulatory compliance and support filings and data requests.
Oversee program data and develop lessons learned to share with stakeholders.
Represent the company at local events, trade shows, and industry panels.
Travel as required.
