Job summary

RTX in Cedar Rapids is seeking an Integrated Program Planning & Control (IPP&C) Manager EV Cost Analyst. The role focuses on planning, cost management, and EVMS compliance for large development programs, with coordination across CAMs and external customers.

You will establish CWBS, PMB, and perform trend analyses, while ensuring timely data reconciliation and forecasts. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• University degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
• Program controls and EVMS background.
• Experience with Earned Value Cost Engines/Software.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective financial administrative planning and control on large/challenging development programs.
• Develop program Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) for earned value / project management purposes.
• Establish a Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS) and CWBS Dictionary.
• Perform analysis of program cost and schedule performance, identifying trends and informing leadership.
• Ensure proper EVMS implementation and ongoing compliance reviews.
