Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Cedar Rapids, IA, is seeking an Integrated Program Planning & Control (IPP&C) Manager EV Cost Analyst to join our Finance team. This role contributes to forecasting, cost analysis, and earned value management on large development programs, with close collaboration across program leadership.

You will develop PMB, CWBS, perform cost/schedule performance analysis, interface with customers and auditors, and lead month-end activities. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• University degree required with extensive experience in program controls and EVMS.
• Experience with Earned Value Cost Engines/Software.
• Strong Excel and SAP knowledge; FP&A understanding desirable.
• Proven ability to present to leadership and manage large programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective financial planning and control on large development programs.
• Develop program PMB for earned value and project management purposes.
• Establish CWBS and CWBS Dictionary.
• Analyze cost and schedule performance; advise leadership on corrective actions.
• Ensure EVMS compliance and interface with government auditors.
• Lead month-end processes and provide forecasts and EACs.
• Collaborate with CAMs and external customers; support program reviews.
