Key Responsibilities

• Provide effective financial administrative planning and control for large or challenging development programs.
• Develop Program Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) for earned value (EV) and project management purposes.
• Establish a Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS) and CWBS Dictionary.
• Perform analysis of program cost and schedule performance, identify trends, and provide information to the Project Leadership Team for corrective actions.
• Ensure proper implementation of EVMS through standardized processes and tools, conduct ongoing compliance reviews and periodic process audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA, Joint Surveillance Process
