Job summary

Lucid Motors in Arizona is seeking an industrious Production Worker to support vehicle and powertrain manufacturing on the factory floor. You will execute standardized work, meet rate and quality expectations, and follow safety requirements while contributing to team output across assigned areas.

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to follow standardized work instructions and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Ability to stand/walk for long shifts and lift moderate weights.
• Prior experience operating material handling equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Production Output: perform assigned production work to standard and meet daily volume goals.
• Quality Execution: follow procedures and verify work to prevent defects and maintain craftsmanship.
• Safety Compliance: follow environmental health and safety requirements, including PPE.
• Workstation Readiness: keep area organized and prepared with tools and materials.
• Cross-Functional Support: collaborate with engineering, quality, and materials to resolve issues.
• Process Discipline: perform work in sequence at established rate with attention to detail.
• Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, or efficiency.
• Process Ownership & Escalation: escalate any abnormality immediately to supervisor.
