Job summary

MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC is seeking a Production Sales Manager in Ellabell, GA to drive new business, manage OEM accounts, and coordinate cost analysis. You will work with Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain to deliver competitive quotations and favorable commercial terms.

The role requires 5+ years in automotive sales or related fields, strong Excel skills, and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive sales, account management, program management, or manufacturing support.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate activities related to new projects from RFQ through launch, including customer communications, cost analysis, and pricing proposals.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Finance teams to develop competitive quotations and business proposals.
• Analyze costs and prepare pricing recommendations using Excel and company systems.
• Support negotiations with OEM customers regarding pricing, engineering changes, tooling costs, and commercial agreements.
• Manage customer accounts and serve as a primary point of contact for sales-related matters.
• Monitor monthly sales performance and prepare sales forecasts, reports, and KPI analyses.
• Oversee daily billing activities and support monthly closing processes.
• Review and monitor OEM accounts receivable to ensure timely payment and resolution of outstanding balances.
• Provide market and customer feedback to internal stakeholders to support business decisions and continuous improvement.
• Analyze sales trends and recommend strategies to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Support departmental budgeting and long-term business planning activities.
• Assist with customer visits, audits, and business reviews.
• Mentor and support Production Sales Specialists and team members as needed.
• Maintain strong relationships with OEM customers and internal stakeholders.
