Role Overview

MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain LLC (MNAe) is a Tier 1 supplier of Battery System Assembly (BSA) and Power Electric (PE) Systems, which are essential components in the production of Hyundai and Kia electric vehicles. Through advanced manufacturing technology and innovative processes, MNAe delivers high-quality electrified powertrain solutions to support the growing electric vehicle market.

Our Sales Department is seeking a Production Sales Manager to join our team in Ellabell, Georgia. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive manufacturing, customer account management, pricing analysis, and project coordination. This role is responsible for supporting new business development activities, managing OEM customer relationships, coordinating pricing and cost analysis, monitoring sales performance, and assisting with strategic sales initiatives. The Assistant Manager will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.

• Lead and coordinate activities related to new projects from RFQ through launch, including customer communications, cost analysis, and pricing proposals.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Finance teams to develop competitive quotations and business proposals.
• Analyze costs and prepare pricing recommendations using Excel and company systems.
• Support negotiations with OEM customers regarding pricing, engineering changes, tooling costs, and commercial agreements.
• Manage customer accounts and serve as a primary point of contact for sales-related matters.
• Monitor monthly sales performance and prepare sales forecasts, reports, and KPI analyses.
• Oversee daily billing activities and support monthly closing processes.
• Review and monitor OEM accounts receivable to ensure timely payment and resolution of outstanding balances.
• Provide market and customer feedback to internal stakeholders to support business decisions and continuous improvement.
• Analyze sales trends and recommend strategies to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Support departmental budgeting and long-term business planning activities.
• Assist with customer visits, audits, and business reviews.
• Mentor and support Production Sales Specialists and team members as needed.
• Maintain strong relationships with OEM customers and internal stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of experience in automotive sales, account management, program management, or manufacturing support.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including cost analysis and reporting functions.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across departments and organizational levels.
