Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Master’s preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; teamwork across functions.
• Experience reading and generating engineering drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design and integration of Fluid Storage and Ventilation components.
• Utilize engineering tools and processes to develop components and systems.
• Manage programs to meet milestones with independent judgment.
• Mentor team members and conduct technical design reviews.
• Review DFMEAs and DRBFMs for parts and design changes.
• Collaborate with suppliers to meet quality, cost, and timing targets.
• Support cross-functional teams including mechanical, thermal, and electrical analysis.
